No.119 IP camera CCTV system @ Chedi Luang municipal fresh market
Job: IP camera CCTV system @ Chedi Luang municipal fresh market
- Full Color IP cameras (colour picture 24 hours)
- Network for syncing with a cloud server
For this site we designed the CCTV system together with the network. There is no broadband at the market, so we used 4G internet. The problem with 4G is that the operator gives you a private IP, so you cannot reach the camera's or recorder's own protocols, mainly HTTP and RTSP. To check or change any setting in an IP camera you would have to plug a LAN cable into the cabinet on site.
Normally, live view and playback (almost everywhere) go through the camera brand's mobile app or PC software. But when we design a system, every function has to work from anywhere in the world, as long as there is internet. Because we are MaeSuai System: we don't just finish the job, we understand the system, so we can manage all of it. Even with a private IP from the internet provider, our cloud server turns it into a public IP (Public IP Anyway), so every function of the IP cameras works. We also run a cloud server that monitors the system: if something goes wrong on site or a camera fails, an alert goes to LINE immediately.
Today's post is a bit long, and some of the networking terms may be hard to follow, but what we do for our customers is not just "install CCTV": we "install a network and CCTV system" like no one else. Thank you for reading to the end.
Finally, many thanks to Chedi Luang Subdistrict Municipality for always trusting us with their systems. By Admin: "PsyCho;"
