For Windows 10/11 · version 1.4.16 · 7.9 MB · nothing to install
  1. Download and double-click MAESupport.exe. It runs straight away, nothing to install.
  2. If Windows shows a blue screen saying "Windows protected your PC", click More info and then Run anyway
  3. Press Enter, then call us at +66 84-1710630 and read out the 6-digit code on your screen. Once we confirm it, the program connects by itself.

Only download it from this website, and only use it while you are talking to MaeSuai System. Never open it because a stranger called and asked you to.
